Recorded live at Radio Hallam in 1983, this session was copied to CD in 1994 as a very limited release. The session was broadcast by the station on a number of occasions throughout 1983, with the track Phoenix Rising featuring on Colin Slade's Rock Show on a number of occasions.
This session superbly demonstrates Phoenix Rising's brand of Melodic Heavy Rock and features the original line up of Alan Bunker (vocals), Chris Hamilton (bass), Danny Spencer (drums) and Pete Bangert (guitar).
