 I am now a semi-pro musician earning my primary living managing projects for other people (including music projects). I have a lot of interests which all compete with each other for time, but alongside that my emphasis still remains on being a working musician (given half a chance). I also continue to manage the independent Rising Records label through which a large number of my musical projects are generated.
I help out other musicians as and when I can, either by working with them or for them. I help in bringing out their product, producing and playing the backing tracks for artist’s projects, and recording their efforts.
I have a new solo album out, ‘The Jester thinks...’ recorded under the Pig’n’aif banner and which is available under Rising Records. There is a sample together with a video nasty from the album on the Media page. This album brings together some overdue material as well as some new outings.
 If you have a sense of humour, I'm your man. I have compiled 'The Almost Definitive Muso’s Joke book' which you can also download from my Media page. You might want to have a wander around the site at the same time. Please feel free to pass this info on to your mates so they can download one for themselves.
I hate people trying to take advantage of others (especially me). This was one  of the reasons for setting up the record label, and why for example, I hate the royal family and associated hangers-on with a vengeance (come the revolution brothers...). I really enjoy meeting musicians, seeing bands when I can and talking to people who are genuinely serious about their music. That’s as opposed to those who kid themselves and just follow fashion. Over the years I have been the sounding board for a lot of people who are not happy with their lot (usually due to circumstances of their own making) and just want to wallow in it. I no longer have time for this sort of mutual introspection so if that's what you're after, please find someone else - life's too short.
My latest project is a band called ChinWig and I have high hopes for a good time from this, not least because it gives me a chance to work with my son Krys.
